🥕 Cooking from scratch. There are of course some short-cuts but showing exactly how things are made helps children engage more in food and understand where it comes from. It can also help avoid any overly processed foods. We can also taste + choose our own herb blends!
🍞 Tried + tested by a mum. I get it, cooking with kids is NOT the same as a leisurely solo cook. That's why I test my recipes with Pickle. I find the top tips and gadgets to share with you and your family.

🫖More than just cooking. Because food is more than just eating. My workshops showcase everything about food in a relaxed, engaging + fun way. It is discovering about culture, history and origin, experimenting with food in hands-on food science, and exploring new ingredients and techniques. Why though? Because seeing food for more than just eating helps children build positive relationships with it. Seeing food for the wonder that it is can help children try new foods. Whether your child is a picky eater, or will eat anything and everything, a positive food relationship is key for a healthy lifestyle.
🌮 Everything is provided. Aprons, packaging, food... You'll also go home with a recipe card. Whether you are a kitchen pro, or a complete novice, I can help you along the way to delicious creations! Dietary requirements can be catered for too, at no extra cost.
🧀Hands-on… The benefits are endless. Develop fine motor skills, embrace new textures and see food changes in real life! These are skills for life! Children also cook alongside their grown up, supporting you to have the confidence and have fun together!
