A sweet staple

Name something you'll always find in our cupboard... tinned sweetcorn!


Our easy-grab, no prep ingredient, with a multitude of uses. We add it as a side, straight into a sauce such as a curry, or twist into a Mexican style sweetcorn salsa.


For those days when you can't face just adding cucumber to a plate for a bit of colour and greenery, in comes tinned sweetcorn!


One thing to check when buying is to look for no added salt - this one is just sweetcorn and water.


It's a great way to add in 1 of your 5 a day (remember, tinned counts too!) as well as adding a bit of colour too. A helpful way to help your family eat a rainbow each day.


Sweetcorn is packed with fibre, with lots of benefits for your gut health, and for your family too.


A little bonus to eating sweetcorn is getting to see it pop out in poo! A perfect conversation starter about talking more about your poo.
