Butter me up

I am very excited to be sharing how to make butter as part of our first taster sessions, starting on Saturday 4th May. It is a simple process but one that will amaze little ones and has a tasty outcome.

What's more, little ones can do it - involving children in the cooking process is a key part of what Pickle Kitchen is all about.

It is the food science geek in me that loves watching this process too.
